Adler Crispim da Silveira is a Mechanical Engineer and Business Administrator, with a specialization in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, graduated from the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR), the State University of Ceará (UECE), and Gama Filho University (FGF). With more than 45 years of professional experience, he has built a solid career in administrative, financial, and operational management, along with extensive work in the sanitation sector. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in public agencies and private companies, standing out as Director of SOEC and Technical Manager of ERMETRA, as well as serving as a Counselor of CONFEA, Vice-President of the Ceará Engineering Club, and board member of ABES-CE.
He is currently the CEO of Grupo ACS Engenharia Ambiental, which brings together companies specialized in sanitation technologies, extruded plastic products, and renewable energy solutions. Under his leadership, innovations such as modular floating systems for solar energy generation, composite material tanks, and the Revolution® Compact WWTP model integrating different wastewater treatment technologies have been developed and implemented. Recognized for his strategic vision, management skills, and pioneering role in environmental solutions, Adler has contributed to the modernization of the sector and the consolidation of sustainable practices in Brazil.
