He is a specialist in managing public contracts for the collection, transportation, treatment, and transformation of municipal solid waste.

He leads pioneering projects, such as GNR Fortaleza, the largest biomethane plant in Northern and Northeastern Brazil and the first authorized by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Biofuels (ANP) to inject gas into the state concessionaire’s network, Cegás.
